Dev news : HTNRPP new blocks

I heavily reworked stone blocks (added proper CTM this time for random variants) and added various ice blocks (regular ice, blue ice, packed ice).

I used BSL shader with cel-shading enabled and POM shadowing disabled for those cartoony results.

Let me remind you HTNRPP is a currently WIP project that features a cartoonish/stylized style at 128x resolution and using OldPBR. It’s mainly intended to be used with SEUS shaders, BSL, Luma, Raspberry, Sildur’s… mostly stylized shaders.
