Dev news : sea grass

Redid the sea grass and tall variants today as well.

The seams are, as always, pretty tricky to do when 1- dealing with double height blocks and 2- dealing with animated blocks. As it turns out, having animation frames makes the task even trickier with regards to tiling/wrapping and seams between both textures that make up the double height block.
