HardTop Vanillaccurate 1.4.0

A NEWER VERSION WAS RELEASED, CLICK HERE.

Here is the latest full release of Vanillaccurate ! It’s now 100% 1.16 block complete.

Changelog is huge, you’ll find it below.

You might get a warning when loading the pack with 1.16, but just ignore it. I didn’t want to have to convert the pack for people running 1.14 to be able to play so I just went for the lower version number so it’s playable on 1.14, 1.15 and 1.16 without issues

Also as a treat for you all, you’ll find a brand new 32x version here as well, I thought I could give it a try and I’m pretty pleased of how it turned out !

You’ll find I included a 512x LITE version too. This version is a lighter 512x pack where I removed some things to improve memory usage (things like porosity/SSS, some animated frames, downscaled plants, …). If you can’t load the full 512x pack even after following the tutorial, give the LITE version a go !

  1. Quick tip on memory issues with x512.
If you split the pack into multiple, smaller ones MC will have a much easier time loading them and not crashing! While i could not load the 1.3gb file in, even after the tutorial, i split the file into 1 800mb and 1 500mb and it works perfectly. Just wanted to mention that as an alternate solution.

  2. Hi, The 512 mirror link above just goes to a spam site and you can never actually download it, I think tha’ts what the user above is mentioning also.

      1. I just tested all 512x links (LabPBR, OldPBR, Lite, mirrors) and they all seem to be working. If you can’t get it and another browser doesn’t work either, you might want to try with an ad-blocker (remember that ads are a source of income for me, so please try using that sparingly 🙂 )

  3. Morning, Thanks for the fast reply, I was able to get through using adblocker as you suggested, after I downloaded it I turned it off and went back on the ad link and could not get it to download but loaded about 20 ads for you :), Thanks for the help I’m mainly downloading the 512 as I loved the 128 from curedforge and wanted to download 2k but wasn’t sure how it’d run as the demo is only a few blocks, so thought i’d try the 512 then if it runs well head over to patreon and grab the 2k! Do you have a preferred shader to make it look it’s best? I am currently using it with continuum?

    1. Hey thanks!

Well I use lots of different shaders, but my favorite ones are Continuum 2.1 and Kappa v2.2/v3.0 for a realistic yet playable experience. Spectrum also looks great but is more suited to screenshots and reference than gameplay really.

For gameplay, I’m very partial to BSL which looks great in all circumstances yet also remains perfect for survival. Other great shaders for gameplay include Fraction (Zombye’s new shader which is faaaast but is a bit more vanilla that Spectrum or other gameplay shaders), Loop (I’ll prefer it over Chocapic which it’s an edit of, because it has LabPBR support and specular effects), SEUS PTGI HRR or E12 if you rig supports it (I love PTGI but as long as it doesn’t have proper POM it will look sub-par with my packs). And let’s not forget Nostalgia (which is a more stylized version of Kappa) that is also supposed to get more features in the upcoming version.

Shaders to keep an eye for that have pretty great features announced: Zombye’s new RT project (still a bit too barebones for the time being, it’s essentially an incomplete Spectrum with PT), Continuum RT next version (is supposed to be BIG), MollyVX Rewrite (which is bringing speculars to Molly), Nostalgia (already stated above).

There are other nice shaders that are more suited to screenshots because they’re very stylized: Raspberry, Melon, BSLex.

I’m mentioning all these shaders because for the most part they support the features that bring the best out of Vanillaccurate and Realaccurate. There are other great shaders of course but I prefer stating the ones I know look great with my stuff 😉

  4. it just linked to a go pro review, I just need the download link for old pbr 256, i can send screen recordings

    1. Ok try the first link then (the getsyy one) or install an ad-blocker if you can’t get past the ads. With adfly what you can do is allow the notifications just for the time you download the pack, then remove that authorization from chrome parameters. Your choice.
The last solution would be to subscribe to my patreon for $1 and get ad-free downloads ☺️

      1. 1. ad block aint gonna work (trust me)

        2. It takes me to a fake add fly link so enabling notifacations aint gonna do shit

        3. you dont want people to get your reasource pack for free, it worked on 1.30 perfectly but now… dont switch up your prices and say  » https://s0.wp.com/wp-content/mu-plugins/wpcom-smileys/twemoji/2/svg/263a.svg  » , do REALY want 1$ from me, do you beat up homeless people on the streat over a dollar and say  » https://s0.wp.com/wp-content/mu-plugins/wpcom-smileys/twemoji/2/svg/263a.svg  » the link doesnt work on purpose DONT ASK ME TO GIVE YOU MONEY AND SAY  » https://s0.wp.com/wp-content/mu-plugins/wpcom-smileys/twemoji/2/svg/263a.svg  » H O L Y S H I T just stop with this shit, you didnt just put my data and security at risk but you also did that with my WHOLE FAMILY, stop scamming people, im gonna warn people about you, this is the saddest fucking scam

      2. I’m sorry you feel that way. As it turns out version 1.3.0 was also using ads but I had to change ad providers and this one seems to cause a bit more issues.

      3. I literally downloaded all the packs yesterday without an issue using adblocker-Trust me. Anyone reading the above comments do not be swayed by this one individual, the pack is great and looks fantastic it is not as the above mentioned ” a fucking scam” It is a common thing for content creators to place their content “for free can i add” behind ad walls so they can make some revenue at 0 cost to you!
