Dev news : improved Vanillaccurate cobblestone

I decided to give cobblestone a bit more personality, using some knowledge from Realaccurate.

I might still adjust it a bit further (lower POM a smidge maybe) but overall it should be more consistent with what you can expect from cobbles.
